You are more than just a regular player. At oyo99, every ringgit you invest brings you closer to a VIP tier packed with privileges, generous cashback, and unmatched personalised service.
About the VIP Program
The oyo99 VIP Program is an exclusive rewards system designed specifically for committed and loyal players. Unlike standard bonuses offered to all users, oyo99 VIP grants access to a higher tier of privileges — from more generous cashback and enhanced deposit limits, to a personal account manager available whenever you need one.
At oyo99, we believe loyal players deserve the best. Every time you play — whether it is slots, sports betting, live casino, or bingo — you accumulate VIP points that help you advance to higher tiers. The more active you are, the greater the rewards that await.
What makes the oyo99 VIP program great is that it runs automatically. You don't need to register separately or submit any application. Once your gaming activity meets the required criteria, the system will upgrade your VIP tier automatically and all privileges will be immediately active in your account.

Complete Guide
The VIP upgrade process at oyo99 is straightforward and transparent. Every time you deposit and play, the system automatically tallies your cumulative gaming activity. Once that total reaches the threshold set for a given tier, your account is upgraded automatically — no forms or manual applications required.
For example, once your cumulative deposits reach RM2,000, you will be upgraded to VIP Gold and all Gold privileges will be immediately active in your account. A notification will be sent via email and also within the oyo99 app to inform you of the upgrade.
Oyo99 uses a periodic review system. Your VIP tier is reassessed every three months based on your recent gaming activity. If your activity decreases and does not meet the minimum requirements for the review period, your tier may be adjusted. However, we always provide sufficient lead time and advance notice before any changes are made.
Many oyo99 VIP members maintain their tier with ease because they play consistently — not because they spend large sums at once, but because they have made oyo99 their regular entertainment platform in daily life.
Oyo99 VIP cashback is calculated based on your net losses over a weekly period. This means even when luck is not on your side, you still get a portion of your money back through cashback — one of the ways oyo99 rewards your loyalty.
For VIP Silver members, 5% cashback is credited every Monday for the previous week's activity. For VIP Diamond, cashback of up to 30% means you enjoy much stronger protection against losses. There is no maximum cap on the cashback amount you can receive — the higher your VIP tier, the greater the protection you enjoy.
For Platinum and Diamond VIP members, a personal account manager is far more than a standard customer support representative. They genuinely know your account, understand your playing preferences, and can assist with a wide range of matters such as:
First, faster resolution of deposit or withdrawal issues. Second, information on exclusive promotions not publicly advertised. Third, customised betting limits based on your needs. Fourth, priority technical support whenever you encounter any problem with the app or your account.
Oyo99 VIP Managers are reachable through multiple channels including in-app live chat, a dedicated VIP email, and mutually agreed messaging platforms. They operate on Malaysia time and are responsive to your every request.
Every oyo99 VIP member receives an exclusive birthday bonus during their birthday month. The bonus value depends on the VIP tier — Silver members receive a base bonus, while Diamond members receive a significantly larger and more personalised gift.
To ensure you receive your birthday bonus, make sure the date of birth in your oyo99 account profile is accurate and verified. The bonus is typically credited within the first three days of your birthday month and can be used on all games available on the platform.
The oyo99 VIP Program is ideal for anyone who enjoys playing consistently and wants to get more value out of every ringgit spent. You don't need to be a high roller to enjoy VIP benefits — even the Silver tier already delivers meaningful cashback and bonuses if you play regularly.
For those who play more seriously and frequently, the Gold and Platinum tiers offer a great balance between upgrade requirements and rewards received. And for the highest-calibre players who value exclusive, uncompromising service, the Diamond tier is the true VIP experience — where oyo99 treats you like a genuine honoured guest.
You do not need to claim or submit any request to receive your oyo99 VIP rewards. Weekly cashback, upgrade bonuses, and all other privileges are credited directly to your account on a set schedule. Just focus on playing — let the oyo99 system handle your rewards.
